  • The following sensors can be cleaned by the user. A message prompting cleaning will be displayed on the user panel depending on the amount of paper dust accumulated.
    • Head Rear Sensor *
    • Glass of the PW Sensor.
      * A message is also displayed when paper dust has accumulated on the head front sensor. If paper dust has accumulated on the head front sensor, there is a high possibility that paper dust has also accumulated on the head rear sensor.
      * Head front sensor is automatically cleaned by the machine every 2,000 sheets, so cleaning by the CE or user is not required.
  • An example of a message prompting cleaning is shown below. When you press the "View Instructions" button, an animation will start playing that explains how to clean.
