ADF Pickup Roller

Cleaning purpose

Paper dust and foreign objects adhere to the ADF paper feed roller, it may cause paper feeding problems.

Position

  1. Open the ADF cover (B) while pulling the lever (A).
  2. Release the hook and remove the cover (A).
  3. Push down the lever (A).
  4. Remove the ADF pickup roller (A) by sliding it in the direction of the arrow.

Cleaning method

Clean the ADF pickup roller with a cloth dampened with pure water and wrung out tightly.
