Check shape of the Multi-Cassette Feed Cover Assy

  • Check the shape of the part that presses the Front Cover Sensor. Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?
 Replace the Multi-Cassette Feed Cover Assy Go to step 3

Check the operation of the Multi-Cassette Cover Sensor
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by opening/closing the cover?

Replace the mechanical control board

 Go to step 4

Attach sensor and check connector connection

  • Is there any abnormality in the Front Cover Sensor or half-inserted in the connector?
 Fully insert the connectors.

Replace the sensor.
