Caution / 注意
  • Be sure to check the following precautions before installation.
    • All workers must read the installing procedure together before starting work.
    • Wear easy-to-move clothing, gloves and safety shoes and work with care for injuries etc.
    • Work with sufficient working space.
    • Work in the position with less load, and stop working immediately as you feel that the workload is too large.
    • All work must be done with the power off.
Installation Procedure
Caution / 注意
  • Refer to the user manual for installation of the authentication device.
  • The authentication device is assumed to be installed in the authentication device table.
  • If the authentication device is to be built into the product, refer to Precautions if the authentication device is to be built into the product, and confirm in advance that there are no communication and operation problems.


  1. Remove the 2 screws and remove the Panel Upper Cover (A).

  2. Remove 1 screw and remove the panel upper cover sub (A).

    Note / 補足

    The removed screws can be discarded.
  3. Hook the tab (A) on the bracket to the hole (B) on the main unit, and attach the bracket (C).
  4. Secure the bracket (A) with 1 screw.

  5. Remove the upper case (A).

  6. Align the hooks (A) on the device pedestal with the grooves (B) on the bracket and attach the device pedestal (C).
  7. Secure the device pedestal (A) and device base (B) with the single coin screw.

  8. Attach the authentication device to the device base.

    Note / 補足

    When attaching the authentication device, you may use the included duplex tape if necessary.
  9. Attach the device table top case (A) and fix with 1 screw.

  10. Install the panel top cover and secure it with two screws.
