The following is alternative way to check whether replacement adjustment is necessary or not.

  1. Start service support mode, and select 05 Adjustment for Replacement Parts.
  2. Check if there is a menu with the same name as the replacement part.
  3. If there is no menu, there is no adjustments for target replacement part.

Perform the before replacement work.

Perform disassembly and assembly of parts.

Perform the after replacement work.

After execution step (3), the menu will automatically start after the replacement

Perform necessary adjustments individually.

Perform check of the print quality and paper passing quality according to the failure.
