Print Head transport fixture

Has the head transport fixture been removed? Remove and store it if necessary.
If the Print Head transport fixture cannot be removed, refer to Head and cap transport parts cannot come off.
Does the error still occur?

 Go to step 2 End

  • Is the harness connecting the Head Drive Motor properly connected?
 Go to step 3 Reconnect the harness.

Check the gear trains

  • Are any parts of the head drive mechanism falling off or damaged?
 Replace the Head Drive Motor Contact Epson local service representatives.
