Ripple pattern

Assumed cause
  • Flight bending occurs due to ink adhesion to the head nozzle surface
  • PG is high, ink droplets are affected by air resistance and flight bend occurs
  • High input voltage, high ink ejection speed (causing airflow inside the machine, causing flight bending)

  1. HP Sensor, PG
    PG failure
  2. Head Unit
    PG and input voltage setting value failure in head memory
  3. Belt Drawer Unit
    PG is changing due to Conveyor belt tilt

Run Head Cleaning (CL3)
Print the color gradation pattern.

  • Has the image defect been improved?

Check device settings (including driver settings)
Check that the user's print settings are set to the rub avoid mode.
After changing to OFF, print the Gradation Pattern.

Replace the HP Sensor, PG
Print the color gradation pattern.
