Paper Transport Roller

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.
    Floor Finisher Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  2. Refer to the following and remove the SDL Unit from the floor finisher.
    Saddle Unit Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Saddle Unit from the Floor Finisher Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  3. Remove the cable from the connector (A) and release the cable from the 2 clamps (B).
  4. Remove the 2 screws that secure the Paper Feed Unit (A).

  5. Lift the Paper Feed Unit (A) in the direction of the arrow, remove the bearing (B) from the bush (C), and remove the Paper Feed Unit.
  6. Remove the Paper Guide Assy (A) from the shaft.

    Assembly / 組み立て

    Align the protrusion of the Paper Guide Assy (A) with the groove of the shaft and attach.
  7. Disconnect the cable from connector (A).
  8. Remove the 2 screws and remove the SDL Paper Feed Motor Assy (A).

  9. Remove the E-ring (A) and gear (B), then remove the rear side E-ring (C) and bush (D).
  10. Remove the E-ring (A) and bushing (B), and remove the Paper Transport Roller (C).
