Occurrence condition

When the FIN Bundle Eject Unit Drive Motor is running, the FIN Bundle Ejection Unit HP Sensor does not turn on even after 1 second has passed.
Even if the FIN Bundle Eject Unit Drive Motor is driven for 1 second after the FIN Bundle Ejection Unit HP Sensor is ON, the FIN Bundle Ejection Unit HP Sensor does not turn off.
