Error code
- 26 Pre-Head Sensor Unreached Paper Jam
Occurrence condition
- After turning ON the Pre-Printing Paper Sensor, the Pre-Head Sensor does not turn ON after the specified time has elapsed.
Assumed cause
- Foreign objects or pieces of paper in the paper transport path
- The Pre-Head Sensor has a dirty surface, has fallen off, or is faulty
- The Belt Drawer is worn out, deformed, has fallen off, or has a dirty surface
- The Pre-Anti-Static Guide and Pre-Anti-Static Roller are worn out, deformed, have fallen off, or have a dirty surface
- Belt Drive Motor failure
- Mechanical control board failure
