Tray Lifting Gear Block Assy

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.

    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.

  2. Remove 1 screw of the Rear Cover, Sub (A).

  3. Put your finger on the recess of the rear cover, sub (A) and open it to the left to remove it.

  4. Remove 3 screws of the Rear Cover, Upper (A).

  5. Slightly raise the top cover (B) and remove the rear cover, upper (A).

  6. Remove 2 screws and remove the Rear Cover, Lower (A).

  7. Remove the transparent harness cover (A) (x2).
  8. Release the harness from the clamp (B).
  9. Using a precision screwdriver, remove the tie wrap (C).
  10. Remove 1 screw and disconnect the ground wire (D).
  11. Release the harness from the harness guide (E) and remove the harness guide (E).

  12. Remove the plastic E-ring (A) and bearing (B).
  13. Remove the clamp (C).
  14. Remove 3 screws.
  15. Disconnect the cable (D) from the connector and remove the Tray Lifting Gear Block Assy (E).
