Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by loading/ unloading paper in the Paper Tray?

Replace the MCU board

 Go to step 4

Check sensor installation and connection

  • Is the sensor installed improperly? Is there any connectors that are not fully inserted?
 Fully insert the connectors
