Initial Confirmation
Before you start troubleshooting, make sure the followings:
- Is the installation environment of the machine installation environment (temperature, humidity) within specifications?
- Are the consumables genuine EPSON products?
- Is the inside of the machine kept clean?
- Is the firmware the latest version?
- Is the paper used within the specifications?
- Is there any problem on the paper visually (fold, curl, or twist)?
