  • The Document Set Guide Sensor could not detect the home position while the ALD motor was driving in the CW direction.

  • Disconnection/faulty connection of the Document Set Guide Sensor harness

  • Failure of the Document Set Guide Sensor

  • ADF Board failure

  • Failure of the ADF Unit (Set Guide Assy)
