Troubleshooting
Step Confirmation and action YES NO
1

Check the gear trains for damage
Visually check the rotating component parts of PG drive mechanism missing or damages, and reassemble if necessary.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 2 End
2

Check the cables between PG Motor and the mechanical control board

Visually check the cable between PG Motor and Mechanical Controller Board, reconnect the cable if there is any half-insertion or disconnection.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 3 End
3

Check the cables between PG Encoder and Main Board

Visually check the cable between PG Encoder and Mechanical Controller Board, reconnect the cable if there is any half-insertion or disconnection.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 4 End
4

Check the cables between the PG HP Sensor and the Main Board

Visually check the cables between the PG HP Sensor and the Main Board, and if there are any cables that are not fully inserted in the connector or disconnected, reconnect them.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 5 End
5

Replace the PG Motor

Replace the Paper Feed Motor and check the reproduction of the phenomenon for the content of the defect report.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 6 End
6

Replace the Anti-Static Brush Unit

Replace the Anti-Static Brush Unit and see if the symptom described in the defect report occurs again.

Does the error still occur?

Go to step 7 End
7
