Error code
  • 060012 Head control board over voltage error
Occurrence condition
  • The voltage value of the Head control board is higher than the specified value.

  • Power supply to head control board stopped

  • Contact between signal lines inside the USB cable sheath

Assumed cause
  • Failure of the DC-DC circuit in the Head control board.

  • Abnormal source voltage input to the Head control board.

  • AC-DC Power Supply Unit Failure

  • Poor connection between the Main Board and the Head Unit (cable disconnected/inserted loosely/slanted, etc.)

  • Fault with the Head USB cable between the Main board and Head Unit.
