Occurrence condition
  • When PNC Punch Drive Motor is driven, PNC cam HP sensor does not turn ON even after the specified time has passed.
  • The specified number of pulses has not been counted on the pulse plate even after the specified time has passed since the punching operation started.

  • Deformation, dropout, or failure of the floor punch unit
  • Dirty, missing or broken PNC cam drive parts
  • Dirty, missing or broken IN PNC Punch Motor
  • Dirty, missing or broken PNC cam HP Sensor
