Check the status of I/C Cover

  • Is the I/C Cover closed correctly?
 Go to step 2 Close the cover correctly

Check the shape of I/C Cover
Check the shape of the part that presses the Front Cover Sensor.

  • Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?
 Replace the I/C Cover Go to step 3

Operation Check of I/C Cover Sensor
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by opening/closing the cover?

Replace the mechanical control board

 Go to step 4

Attach sensor and check connector connection

  • Is there any abnormality in the Front Cover Sensor or half-inserted in the connector?
 Fully insert the connectors.

Replace the sensor.
