Check the state of paper loading
Check the condition of the loaded paper.

  • Is the paper loaded correctly?
 Go to step 2 Load the paper correctly
2 Check the shape of the cassette
  • Check the shape of the part pressing the cassette sensor. Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?
 Replace the Cassette Go to step 3

Check the operation of the Cassette sensor
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal state change when the cassette is inserted or removed?

Replace the MCU board

 Go to step 4

Check sensor installation and connection

  • Is the sensor installed improperly? Is there any connectors that are not fully inserted?
 Fully insert the connectors

Replace the sensor
