Reverse PID overload error

An abnormal load was suddenly applied to the motor, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction due to the reaction force.
Power is not supplied to the motor, or the motor cannot rotate at all.
The load of the Reverse Drive Motor is more than expected

1	Check paper jam and remaining paper Is the paper path free from jammed paper or foreign objects?	Go to step 2	Remove the jammed paper or foreign object
2	Check harness connection Is the harness connecting the Reverse Drive Motor properly connected?	Go to step 3	Reconnect the harness.
3	Check the gear trains for damage Check the internal gear trains for damage. Are they free from damage?	Go to step 4	Replace the gear train components
4	Replace the suspected part Replace the Reverse Drive Motor. Does the error still occur?	Go to step 5	End
5	Replace the suspected part Replace the mechanical control board. Does the error still occur?	Go to step 6	End
6	Replace the suspected part Replace the Main Board. Does the error still occur?	Contact Epson local service representatives.	End
