60114 Special Print Adjustment

An adjustment is made to suppress, for each print mode, a part of the print surface (solid black portion) and the entire area of the banding caused by the paper.

The menu to be installed is as follows.

  • Each adjustment included in the special print adjustment must be performed after performing the 60110 head tilt adjustment. (60110 Head Angular Adjustment)
  • In order to perform the adjustment, it is necessary to specify the print mode in which banding occurs. (Print Mode)

This product has the following print modes.

  • High speed (plain paper)
  • Low speed (plain paper)
  • Low speed (matte paper)

The print mode is automatically determined according to various settings (print settings, paper settings, etc.) and use environment (print density, temperature, humidity, etc.).

The elements of the usage environment that determine the print mode differ depending on whether the speed priority mode is ON or OFF.
