60211 Flatbed Carriage Position Detection
In order to prevent image failure due to tooth skipping of the flatbed carriage, the number of steps (reference) from when the flatbed carriage HP sensor is turned ON until FB CISM detects a singular point is stored.
* Each time scanning is performed on the flatbed, the number of steps is compared with the number of stored steps to detect whether or not carriage tooth skipping has occurred. If tooth skipping occurs, the carriage HP detection sequence is automatically executed to prevent image failure.
- Start the service support mode.
- Select [06 Individual Adjustment].
- Select the [ADF/SCN] tab.
- Select [60211 Flatbed Carriage Position Detection]
- Press [Execution].
