SDL Alignment Motor Upper

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.

    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  2. Refer to the following and remove the SDL Unit from the floor finisher.
    Saddle Unit Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Saddle Unit from the Floor Finisher Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  3. Remove the cables from the connector (A).
  4. Remove the 4 screws, and remove the SDL Unit Senor Assy (A).

  5. Turn over the saddle stitching unit so that the bottom of the saddle stitching unit faces up.
  6. Remove the cable from the connector (A), remove the 2 screws, and remove the SDL Alignment Motor Upper (B).
