BTK PID overload error

An abnormal load was suddenly applied to the motor, and the motor rotated in the opposite direction due to the reaction force.
Power is not supplied to the motor, or the motor cannot rotate at all.
The load of the Belt Tension Release Motor is more than expected

1	Check for foreign objects Check the conveyor belt for foreign objects. Is it free from foreign objects or abnormalities?	Go to step 2	Remove foreign objects.
2	Check for foreign objects Check to see if the belt tension release mechanism is locked due to foreign objects or damaged gear trains. Is it free from foreign objects or abnormalities?	Go to step 3	Remove foreign objects. If the gear trains are damaged, replace the belt tension release mechanism.
3	Check sensor operation Check the sensor using the Belt Tension HP Sensor operation check menu. Does the sensor operate normally?	End	Go to step 4
4	Replace the suspected part Replace the mechanical control board and then the Main Board. Does the error still occur?	Contact Epson local service representatives.	End
