Check operation of the motor
Use the diagnostic function to check the operation of the corresponding motor.

Check motor lock signal

  • Check operation of each motor using the diagnostic function.

<Diagnostic function>

  • Target function: 30102** XX Motor
  • Drive the target motor and check if the value changes.

Did the value change?

 Go to step 3 Go to step 4
3 Check the gear trains
  • Visually check the gear trains of the motor for foreign objects or damage, and remove the foreign objects or replace the part as necessary.
Does the error still occur?		 Go to step 4 End

Check the connection of the connector

  • Visually check all the connectors that connect the motor, and if there are any connectors that are not fully inserted, or disconnected, reconnect them.

Does the error still occur?

 Go to step 5 End

Replace the suspected part

  • Replace the motor, mechanical control board, and the Main Board, in that order.
