Occurrence condition

When the FIN Finisher Tray is lowered, the ON to OFF state of the FIN Finisher Tray Upper Limit Sensor, FIN Finisher Tray HP Sensor, and FIN Finisher Tray Upper Sensor cannot be detected even after 5 seconds.
