SDL Folding Roller Motor

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.
    Floor Finisher Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  2. Refer to the following and remove the SDL Unit from the floor finisher.
    Saddle Unit Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Saddle Unit from the Floor Finisher Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  3. Release the 2 hooks and remove the V2R Cover (A) in the direction of the arrow.
  4. Remove 5 screws, then remove the Folding Roller Gear Assy (A).

  5. Remove the Gear Assy (A).
  6. Release the hook to remove the clamp (A) and disconnect the cable from the connector (B).
  7. Remove 2 screws and remove the SDL Folding Roller Motor (A).
