When sending repair replacement parts to Seiko Epson for defect analysis, include the following 3 items bundled.
- Service status sheet (print before parts replacement)
- Nozzle check pattern (print before parts replacement)
- Printed material that can confirm the phenomenon when failure occurs *If necessary
