Troubleshooting from error codes
There are two types of error codes: "Job error code" and "Fax communication error code."

When collecting error codes from fax communication management reports, error codes are not displayed by default. To display error codes, it is necessary to set "Report Format" to "Simple Information → Detailed Information" (for simple information, only communication errors are displayed). |

- Before starting fax communication (Phase A, line connected): The same contents of job and fax communication are displayed with different codes.
- After starting fax communication (Phases B to D): All job error codes are displayed as "Failed 202". For fax communication, communication procedure error details are displayed.
