Separation Roller

  1. Refer to the following and remove the High Capacity Paper Feed Unit from the printer main unit.

  2. Remove the 1 screw and remove the Cable Cover.
    • : 3x6D/P
  3. Disconnect the connector from the High Capacity Unit.
  4. Release the cable(s) from 2 clamps.
  5. Remove the screw.
    • : 4x8M/P
  6. Slide the Paper Feed Unit to the front, then remove.
  7. Remove the stopper rings A (x2) from the Paper Feed Roller Shaft.
  8. Remove the stopper ring B, then slide the Joint.

  9. Slide the bearings on both sides and remove the Feeder Roller Holder (A) and spring (B).

    Caution / 注意
    • Do not touch the surface of the roller.
  10. Remove 2 stopper rings from the Separation Roller Shaft.
  11. Extract the separation roller shaft and remove the Separation Roller (A).


    Assemble / 組み立て
    • Insert the separation roller shaft from torque limiter (B) side.
