- Errors 300000 to 399999 are error codes for firmware malfunction analysis. These errors occur when processing and operations that are not supposed by design are executed inside the firmware program.
- When this error occurs, it returns to the normal state after rebooting.
After restarting, the message "Restarted to refresh the system." is displayed on the main panel,the error code is not displayed on the main panel, and the history is internally stored.
Therefore, the history can be checked only from Service Status Sheet or the service information portal site.
- If this error occurs frequently, contact the EPSON Local Service Representatives as it is necessary to check the user usage status and to collect information such as firmware version and user logs data.
