Front Inner Cover, Lower

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.

    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.

  2. Open the front cover (A).

  3. Remove the screw that secures the belt (B).
    • : 3x8DC/BK
  4. Remove one screw and slide the cover hinge (A) upward to remove it.
  5. Remove the front cover (B).

  6. Remove one screw and remove the front cover lower (B) and washer (A).
  7. Remove the washer (A).
  8. Remove the front cover lower (B).
    • : 4x10DC
  9. Remove 3 screws and the Front Inner Cover, Upper (A).


    • : 4x10DC
  10. Remove the one screw.


    • : 4x10DC

  11. Slightly lift the front inner cover sub (A) to release the hook and remove it.

  12. Remove the 4 screws securing the Front Caster Cover (A) and front inner cover (B).

    • : 4x8 D/P
  13. Remove the Front Caster Cover (A) downward.
  14. Slide the Front Inner Cover, Lower (A) upward to release the hook.
  15. Remove the Front Inner Cover, Lower (A) so that it is free from the bearing (B).
