IN FIN Bundle Ejection Upper Front Fan/ Rear Fan

  1. Refer to the following and remove the inner finisher from the printer.
    Inner Finisher Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Inner Finisher Unit from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  2. Remove the two screws and remove the tray assembly (A).

  3. Open the cartridge cover (A) and remove the Staple Cartridge (B).
  4. Remove 1 screw of the Housing Front (A).

  5. Open the cartridge cover (A) and remove the screw securing the Housing Front.

  6. Lift the Housing Front  (A) to unhook.
  7. Open the right side of the Housing Front  (A) and slide it to the left to remove the interference with the rail (B) and remove the Housing Front (A).

    Be careful the Housing Front (A) can easily get caught by extension spring on the inside.
    Assembly / 組み立て

    Install the Housing Front (A) with the cartridge cover (B) opening. The protrusion inside the cartridge cover (B) may contact the cover open sensor (C) and damage it.
  8. Remove 2 screws of the Housing Rear (A).

  9. Open the upper side of the Housing Rear (A) and lift it diagonally upward to remove it.


    Assembly / 組み立て

    Install the Housing Rear by hooking the inner hook to the frame (A).
  10. Slightly lift the front side of the Upper Housing (A) to remove the hook, and slide the Upper Housing (A) to the front until the hook hits the cable guide (B).


  11. Remove the Upper Housing (A) by lifting it diagonally.


    Assembly / 組み立て

    Attach the two hooks on the Upper Housing (A) through the holes.
  12. Remove the three holders from the cable guide (A) by using flathead (-) screwdriver.
  13. Remove the cable (B) from the connector (YC20) on the main board (A).
  14. Release the cable of the Fan Assy (B) from the cable guide (A) and 3 clamps.
  15. Remove 3 screws fixing the Fan Assy (A).

  16. Remove the 4 dowels and remove the fan assy (A).
  17. The following procedure describes the IN FIN Upper Bundle Eject Front Fan (A) disassembly procedure. IN FIN Upper Bundle Eject Rear Fan (B) can also be disassembled and assembled in the same procedure.
  18. Remove the cable from the relay connector (A) and release from the hook.
  19. Remove 1 screw, release the 2 hooks on the rear side, and remove the fan holder (A).

  20. Release the 2 hooks and remove the IN FIN Upper Bundle Eject Front Fan (A).
