  • Replaced the floor finisher main board, did the phenomenon improve?
 End Contact Epson local service representatives.
Note / 補足
  • Case of do not perform the FW update before the initial setting, a fatal error (ROM mismatch error) may occur depending on the optional products installed after completed the initial setting.
    If this occurs, turn the power OFF/ON once with the optional product installed, and perform a FW update from service support mode before initial settings to resolve the issue.
    (We recommend updating the firmware before initial settings)
