Occurrence condition
  • After generating negative pressure for CL0 cleaning, the pressure dropped to a level that could be judged as an air leak.
Assumed cause
  • Air leakage from air path in the Ink Supply Unit
  • Ink Supply Unit failure
  • Selector Unit failure

Check for air leaks in the air path of the Ink Supply Unit

Check the air path on the side of the Ink Supply Unit

  • Remove the joint and check to see if any foreign objects are caught in the sealing section.
  • Reattach the joint.


After the check, run CL0 cleaning to see if the error still occurs.

 The error still occurs → Go to step 2

The error does not recur → End

Replace the Ink Supply Unit
