 Go to step 2 Close the cover correctly

Check the status of BRG Front Cover
Check the shape of the part that presses the BRG Front Cover Sensor.

  • Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?
 Replace the BRG Front Cover Go to step 3

Check the shape of BRG Front Cover Sensor

  • Is the BRG Front Cover Sensor damaged?
 Replace the sensor. Go to step 4

Check the operation of the BRG Front Cover Sensor
Check the operation of the BRG Front Cover Sensor using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by opening/closing the cover?

Replace the mechanical control board

 Go to step 5

Installation of the BRG Front Cover Sensor and connector connection confirmation

  • Is there any abnormality in the BRG Front Cover Sensor or half-inserted in the connector?
 Fully insert the connectors.

Replace the sensor.
