SCN tooth skipping error
Error code
- 100024 SCN tooth skipping error
Occurrence condition
- When scanning/copying on a flatbed, it cannot be detected the SCN carriage has returned to the home position after the scanning process is completed.
Assumed cause
- Document glass was strongly pressed down during the scanning process (tooth skipped)
- CIS module carriage sensor flag damaged
- SCN carriage HP sensor failure
