Occurrence condition
  • SDL Paper Bundle Lifting Drive HP Sensor and SDL Paper Bundle Lowering Drive HP Sensor cannot be detected even after 2.5 seconds have passed during initial operation.

  • SDL Paper Bundle Plate Deformation, Missing or Broken
  • SDL Paper Bundle Plate Drive Parts Deformation, Missing or Broken
  • Dirty, missing, or defective SDL Paper Bundle Lifting Drive Motor
  • Dirty, missing, or defective SDL Paper Bundle Lowering Drive Motor
  • Dirty, missing, or defective SDL Paper Bundle Lifting Drive HP Sensor
  • Dirty, missing, or defective SDL Paper Bundle Lowering Drive HP Sensor
  • SDL Unit Main Board failure

Go to step 4

In case of falling off or improper installation

  • Reassembly of applicable parts

If there is an abnormality (damage/wear)

  • Replace applicable part

  • Clean the wire connector and reinsert it.

If the wire is abnormal

  • Replace the wire.

Are the following motors operating normally in Failure Verification menu?

Go to step 5 Replace the affected motor
