SDL Paper Feed Tray Motor

  1. Refer to the following and remove the floor finisher from the printer main unit.
    Floor Finisher Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Floor Finisher from the Main Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  2. Refer to the following and remove the SDL Unit from the floor finisher.
    Saddle Unit Installation Procedure
    Caution / 注意
    • When disconnecting the Saddle Unit from the Floor Finisher Unit, the power of the Main Unit must be turned off.
  3. Remove the 4 screws for secure the SDL Tray Unit Lower Case (A).

  4. Release 2 hooks.
  5. Lift the SDL Tray Unit Lower Case (A) in the direction of the arrow, and remove the 2 dowels.
  6. Pull in the direction of the arrow to release the 2 hooks, and remove the SDL Tray Unit Lower Case (A).
  7. Remove the E-ring (A) and bearing (B).
  8. Remove the E-ring (A) and bushing (B), and remove the gear shaft (C).
  9. Remove the 2 E-rings (A) and remove the shaft (B) and gear (C).
  10. Remove the E-ring (A) and remove the gear (B).
  11. Disconnect the cable from the connector (A), remove the 3 screws, and remove the SDL Paper Transport Tray Motor (B).
