Occurrence condition
  • 031013 Communication failure when in writing main unit data to head memory before head replacement
  • 031014 Data verification mismatch when in writing BRS / XDS data to head memory, when replacing Head Unit
  • 031015 Data verification mismatch when in writing NVT result to head memory, when replacing Head Unit
  • 031016 Data verification mismatch when in writing head use history to head memory, when replacing Head Unit
  • 031019 Communication failure when in reading head data from head memory after Head Unit replacement
Assumed cause
  • Noise occurred when reading memory information or communication failed.
  • Head memory has failed.
  • FFC is disconnected.
