Occurrence condition
  • When the paper edge is detected, the paper edge cannot be detected even if the motor is driven the specified distance.
Assumed cause
  • Trouble with FW
  • Deformation, dropout, or failure of the floor punch unit
  • Dirty, missing or broken PNC cam drive parts
  • Dirty, missing or broken PNC Carriage Drive Motor
  • PNC Paper Size Detection Sensor dirty, missing or defective.
  • Floor punch unit main board failure
  • Floor Finisher main board failure
