Check the state of Paper Ejection Cover

  • Is the Paper Ejection Cover closed correctly?
 Go to step 2 Close the cover correctly

Check the shape of Paper Ejection Cover

  • Check the shape of the part pressing the Interlock Switch of Paper Ejection Cover. Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?
 Replace the EJ Unit Go to step 3

Check the shape of drawer connectors

  • Check the shape/installation of the drawer connectors on the paper ejection/machine side. Is there any deformation or damage on the corresponding part?

Body side:

  • Replace the drawer connector

Paper ejection side:

  • Replace the EJ Unit
 Go to step 4

Check the operation of the Paper Ejection Cover Sensor
Check the sensor operation using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by opening/closing the cover?
 Go to step 6 Go to step 5

Check sensor installation and connection

  • Make sure the connector to the drawer connector on the machine side is inserted all the way seated.
 Fully insert the connectors.

Body side:

  • Replace the drawer connector

Paper ejection side:

  • Replace the EJ Unit

Check the operation of interlock switch
Check the operation of  the Interlock Switch using the diagnostic function.

  • Judgment: Does the signal change by opening/closing the cover?

Replace the mechanical control board

 Go to step 7

Check the installation of interlock switch and connector

  • Make sure the interlock switch is installed normally or the connector is inserted all the way seated.
 Fully insert the connectors. Replace the Interlock Switch
