Position

  1. Remove 1 screw of the Housing Front (A).
    • : 3x8DC
  2. Open the cartridge cover (A) and remove the screw securing the Housing Front.
    • : 3x8DC
  3. Lift the Housing Front  (A) to unhook.
  4. Open the right side of the Housing Front  (A) and slide it to the left to remove the interference with the rail (B) and remove the Housing Front (A).


    Check Point / チェックポイント

    Be careful the Housing Front (A) can easily get caught by extension spring on the inside.
    Assembly / 組み立て

    Install the Housing Front (A) with the cartridge cover (B) opening. The protrusion inside the cartridge cover (B) may contact the cover open sensor (C) and damage it.
  5. Remove the E-ring (A) and gear (B) of the Installation roller on the front side.
  6. Remove the Installation roller bearing (A).
  7. Remove the E-ring (A) and gear (B) of the Installation roller on the rear side.
  8. Remove the Installation roller (A).
  9. Open the N2 Cover (A).
  10. Installation plastic roller (A) is the front white roller.

Cleaning method

Wet the cleaning sponge with water and clean in the same direction as the roller rotates.

If the cleaning sponge becomes dirty, use another side.
