Occurrence condition
  • The 1st Paper Eject Tray Pre-Eject Sensor does not turn off after the specified time has elapsed since the Registration Roller Clutch is turned off.

Does the signal change between when the paper is placed and when it is not?

Is the 1st Paper Eject Tray Pre-Eject Sensor installed improperly? Is the connector not fully inserted?

Fully insert the connectors.

Check the paper feed rollers for deformation and wear

Are the rollers listed in the “Related parts” section deformed or worn?

Replace the worn out or deformed roller.
Replace the unit containing the corresponding paper feed roller.
