# Machine Swapping (when password encryption is enabled)

If the password encryption function is enabled, be sure to replace the TPM board together with each ROM board, main and HDD when replacing the machine. If you do not replace the TPM board, password decryption at startup will not work properly and you will not be able to access internal information.
