- 33 PW Sensor Unreached Paper Jam (Duplex - flip side)
Occurrence condition
- PW Sensor does not turn on after the specified time has elapsed since re-feeding the paper is started.
Assumed cause
- Foreign objects or pieces of paper in the paper transport path
- PW Sensor has a dirty surface, has fallen off, or is faulty
- The Feed Roller and Duplex Roller 2 are worn out, deformed, have fallen off, or have a dirty surface
- The Feed Clutch and Duplex Paper Feed Path Paper Feed Clutch have fallen off or are faulty
- C1 flap malfunction
- All Drive Motor failure
- MCU board failure
