Error code: 031003

Occurrence condition
  • Board temperature sensor detects abnormal heat generation
Assumed cause
  • Board Cooling Fan failure
  • Filter clogged at air inlet
  • Abnormal heat generation due to drive circuit failure
  • Incorrect insertion of FFC in Main Board / Drive Board (open / short)

Check when an error occurs

  • Does it occur immediately after printing starts?

Check the operation of the Head Drive Board Cooling Fan using individual operation check.

  • Check individual operation from service support mode (22: input, 222130: board Cooling Fan)

Check the filters at the air inlet

  • Check if the filter at air inlet is clogged with dust
  • Check if there are any factors obstructing intake air

Replace the Board Cooling Fan

Checking the connection of the FFC connecting the Main Board to the Head Drive Board

  • Check if there is no problem inserting FFC
  • Check the route visually for FFC disconnection and check for scratches
