Confirmation of rotating component part

  • Check the gear trains of the SCN Unit for disengagement, damage, or abnormalities.
    Reassemble the gear train components.
    Does the error still occur?

Check the encoder

  • Check the encoder scale and encoder sensor for dirt and abnormalities.
    Replace the encoder sensor or scale.
    Does the error still occur?

Replace the other parts or components

  • Replace the following parts in sequence and check whether the symptom recurs after each replacement.
    (1) SCN Board (2) Motor (3) SCN Unit
