  1. Start service support mode.
  2. Connect a USB memory to the front USB port.
  3. Select [01 Printer Status Information].


  4. Select [104 Acquire Status Sheet Information Data ].


  5. Press [Execution].


    Note / 補足
    • For a single Status Sheet type, 2 files are output: the language used in the panel and in English.
    • Output files are sorted into folders by date.
