  • When the data cannot be restored in replacing the main board
  • Replace TPM board and HDD
Assumed cause

  • Data cannot be restored when replacing the main board, and use default setting data

  • Data restore failed after main board replacement

  • Data restore failed after TPM board replacement
  • Installing the HDD used in another machine

Confirmation of necessity of data compensation

  • Is data compensation required?

Use it without canceling the error.

(HDD cannot be used)

Perform the following by the "Administrator Settings" menu in Panel.

  • HDD Erase Setting --> Erase All Memory --> High Speed

Power OFF --> ON

Has the TPM Board been replaced?

Perform the following by the "Administrator Settings" menu in Panel.

  • HDD Erase Setting --> Erase All Memory --> High Speed

Power OFF --> ON

Go to step 4

Has the HDD been replaced?

Install the original HDD
